On this joyous occasion of His Majesty the 4th King’s 70th Birthday Anniversary , I offer my heartfelt felicitation and humble prayers for His Majesty’s long life and happiness.
We remain deeply grateful for His Majesty’s visionary leadership and noble initiatives. People like me who come from poor families are blessed to have free education, free healthcare and guided by the philosophy of Gross National Happiness.
May His Majesty continue to guide Bhutan towards greater happiness and harmony.
