On this most auspicious occasion of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo’s 70th Birth Anniversary, I offer my heartfelt felicitations and deepest reverence. When my father passed away in 2007, our family was left in deep grief and uncertainty. It was His Majesty’s sacred gift of land kidu that became our safe haven — a light of hope that sheltered us in our darkest days.
