I offer my deepest reverence and prayers for His Majesty’s eternal grace …

My first encounter with His Majesty the Great Fourth was as a little boy, sometime in 1997. In my hazy memory, I fondly recall His Majesty in his iconic Serthra Namza, the same regal attire we often see in portraits.

The second was a few years later, on my way home from school, when I gave my best shot to drive horses away and clear the road for His Majesty’s convoy.

Fast forward two and a half decades—today, as a man well in my 30s—I am struck by how fortunate I am to be living in the very moment His Majesty once envisioned, benefiting from the nation he shaped.

On this day, unique to all the rest, I offer my deepest reverence and prayers for His Majesty’s eternal grace upon this country.
