Your Majesty’s leadership, compassion, and vision shaped our nation’s destiny. Your reign brought peace, unity, and harmony between spiritual values and modern progress. Your vision of Gross National Happiness reminds the world that true development is measured by the happiness of the people. While many countries achieved democracy through struggle, Bhutan received this gift peacefully through Your Majesty’s wisdom. The stability and harmony we enjoy today reflect your tireless service and devotion. You have been more than a King, you are a compassionate father to the nation.
