He possesses the emense character the world has ever encountered today. This makes him the extraordinarily unique monarch of the history world wide. We all Bhutanese far and wide vividly know how fortune are we under his rule and witness his reign. As a citizen of Bhutan I am among proudest of the proudest fortunate Bhutanese to reap the results of security, sovereignty and independence and happiness.
