As Bhutan commemorates the 70th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty The Fourth Druk Gyalpo Jigme Singye Wangchuck, I and my family join the nation in wishing a very happy 70th Birth Anniversary to our Great Fourth who as true embodiment of རིགས་གསུམ་མགོན་པོ། (Rigsum Goenpo) has transformed Bhutan into a true heavenly abode characterized by presence of eternal peace, prosperity and happiness. No country in the world can equal Bhutan in terms of prevailing Peace and Happiness on Earth.
