Privileged by His Majesty for uplift,
The nation owed Monarchy its strength,

A King heading a operation far known,
With full fearlessness carved in stone.
It wasn’t only a operation we believe,
But a legacy only His Great could weave.
2006 was the year we weren’t ready for,
A tide of destiny rising to reshape our shore.
He abdicated though his age was fit to reign,
A visionary truth guiding Bhutan’s domain.
As seasons turn and blessings gently flow
May joy surround the King we deeply know.
