On this very special and historic day, I offer my heartfelt wishes and deepest prayers for the 70th Birth Anniversary of our beloved 4th Druk Gyalpo. I feel truly blessed to have grown under the wisdom, compassion and guidance of His Majesty. The values, peace and harmony we enjoy today are gifts that His Majesty has given to every Bhutanese heart.
