Bhutan have seen a fast development and peaceful transition to the modern era of technology with its natural biodiversity maintained as its best when most of the developmental activities in the world have been achieved at the cost of the natural biodiversity maintained. We as a Bhutanese citizen had the same privilege and freedom under the dynamic leadership of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo Jigme Singye Wangchuck. The poor and the rich , the strong and the weak , the literate and the illiterate has seen life through the same lens. We are blessed and lucky to live under such a wise and compassionate leader who sees no differences between his people and his family.
